Meet Diana Bishop

Diana Bishop is a nationally certified APRN with career experience that entails many aspects of women’s health. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, GA. After working as a registered nurse in Mother/Baby for 3 years, she obtained her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA. Her work experience as an APRN includes direct patient care in routine obstetrics and gynecology, urogynecology, and surgical oncology specializing in benign breast disorders and breast cancer. She and her family relocated from Atlanta to Jacksonville in 2019 where she joined Women’s Care.

Diana’s nursing career has always been driven by the desire to empower women to be and feel their best. Her special interests include preventative healthcare, patient education, contraceptive management, and the early detection of breast and gynecologic cancers.

She is married with two children and two dogs. Her family stays very active in soccer, gymnastics, and dance. Diana enjoys all things outside, particularly running, kayaking and paddle boarding, patio dining, and relaxing on the beach.
