Women’s Care Florida offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package to eligible employees.

Medical Plan

Eligible employees will have an opportunity to enroll in a PPO group health insurance plan.  In addition, eligible family members can be covered as well.

Paid Time Off

Women’s Care Florida offers a consolidated program combining time off for vacations, holidays, and unexpected absences such as personal illness, family emergency, and bereavement. Included in this allowance are seven paid holidays per year.

Retirement Plan

We offer a combined 401k and profit sharing retirement plan to eligible employees.  Company profit sharing contributions fully vest after approximately 6 years of service.

Basic Term Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment

We offer benefit eligible employees a company provided basic term life & accidental death and dismemberment benefit.

Supplemental Life Insurance & Dependent Life Insurance (Voluntary Benefit)

We offer additional supplemental and dependent life insurance at group rates.

Short & Long Term Disability (Voluntary Benefit)

We offer benefit eligible employees short and long term disability plans at low group rates.

Dental Plan (Voluntary Benefit)

We offer benefit eligible employees a PPO dental plan at low group rates.
